Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Item must be in original condition
- Unused with original packaging
- All tags and accessories included
- Original receipt or proof of purchase provided
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Fixed Blade Knives removed from original packaging
- Knife Scales & Parts that have been installed or modified
- Tactical Knives showing any signs of use or sharpening
- Any knife with evidence of use, sharpening, or modification
- WMK Exclusives that have been personalized or customized

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using trackable shipping with insurance.
Refund Processing
Approved Refunds:
