Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Including all original tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fixed Blade Knives that have been removed from their original packaging
  • Knife Scales & Parts that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use
  • Tactical Knives with any signs of use, sharpening, or modification
  • Any knife that shows evidence of use, sharpening, or modification
  • WMK Exclusives that have been personalized or customized

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
  3. Receive Authorization: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  4. Package Securely: Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories
  5. Ship to Us: Send the package to our address using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 3-5 business days
